LIVE Sessions will be 5:30 pm - 6:45 pm every Monday in April (4/5, 4/1, 4/19, 4/46.) Each week will bring a unique intention and practice. All classes will also be available ON DEMAND, so if you can take the class again, or practice asynchronously.
